Regarding the Use of Free BGM
All tracks available on this site are original compositions created entirely by zukisuzuki (no generative AI used). As long as you comply with these Terms of Service, you are free to use all tracks for YouTube, video projects, background music in shops, and more, all at no cost.
Since these tracks are not registered with YouTube Content ID or copyright collective societies like JASRAC, you do not need to worry about copyright-related fees or video removals.
I started this project with the hope of spreading my music and supporting individual YouTube creators. However, as "zukisuzuki" manages everything alone, there may be things I miss. To ensure the continued operation of "zukisuzuki BGM," I would deeply appreciate it if you could follow these terms.
Basic Usage Rules
Usage Fees: You may use the music for both commercial and non-commercial purposes free of charge, provided you follow these terms.
Credit/Reporting: Giving credit to the creator or reporting your use is optional.
Copyright: Although titled "Copyright-free," I have not waived my copyrights. All copyrights for the music belong to "zukisuzuki."
Sound Distribution Rules
Archive Tracks (Released before April 2026)
You can continue to download these tracks in MP3 format for free from the official zukisuzuki BGM download site.
New Tracks (Released from May 2026 onwards)
First 24 Hours: MP3 files will be available for free on BOOTH for 24 hours following the YouTube premiere.
After 24 Hours: The free distribution will end, and tracks will transition to paid digital products (supporting WAV, OGG, and seamless loops) on BOOTH.
Sampling & Streaming
Creative Use & Streaming: You are welcome to remix or modify my tracks for your own productions, as well as distribute your music (such as vocals or instrumental covers over the tracks) to streaming services. However, when doing so, you must strictly comply with the 【Prohibited Acts】 listed below.
Prohibited Activities
1.False Attribution: Falsely claiming the music as your own creation or misrepresenting the title or composer.
2.Copyright Registration: Registering the tracks with YouTube Content ID, PROs (such as JASRAC), or any other copyright management organizations.
3.Redistribution & Resale: Secondary distribution or resale of the raw audio data (including sharing or transferring purchased data to third parties).
4.Non-Creative Reposting: Reposting the music where the track is the primary content without adding original creativity (e.g., "BGM for work" compilations, 10-hour loop videos, etc.).
5.AI Usage: Using the music as training data for AI, or generating and selling AI-modeled soundalikes.
6.Inappropriate Content: Using the music in activities that violate public order and morals, political or religious activities, use related to anti-social forces, or content that slanders specific individuals or groups.
Notice: If any violation of these terms is confirmed, I reserve the right to request content removal, initiate takedown procedures, revoke usage rights, and seek damages in severe cases.
Important Notes & Disclaimer
Channel Maintenance: I may periodically organize my YouTube channel (e.g., changing videos to "Unlisted"). However, your right to use any previously downloaded or purchased tracks will remain valid.
Refunds & Backups: Due to the nature of digital content, I cannot offer returns or refunds for purchases made on BOOTH or other platforms. Please ensure you manage and back up your own files.
Liability: zukisuzuki shall not be held liable for any troubles, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the music.
Terms Updates: These terms are subject to change without notice. The latest version of the terms will always apply to all usage.
